With four brand new, purpose-built guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, our rooms offer a welcoming & cosy accommodation in Hove. Immerse yourself in the excellent selection of local culture or explore further afield with excellent transport links to central Brighton, London and the south coast.

Whilst we are not currently offering Breakfast, why not stay with us for lunch or dinner? Our restaurant serves a fantastic menu which focuses on Asian street food with some

breath-taking dishes to explore. If you're staying with us over the weekend, we also do traditional roasts with all the trimmings, every Sunday. Booking is essential to avoid disappointment.

With so much to see and do in Brighton & Hove, we've put together a collection of popular attractions and local favourites that we hope you'll enjoy. From the serene seafront to the bustling atmosphere of the lanes, there's something here for

everyone to enjoy.

We love our green city by the sea and wherever possible, we suggest taking it in by taking public transport, hiring a bike for the afternoon from BTN Bike Share (sometimes known as Amex Bikes) or taking a walk into town to enjoy the sound of seagulls and fresh sea air.

If you are joining us by car, please note that we are in a residential area so nearby free parking is only available until 8pm at the moment. We are currently working on parking solutions so do check back soon.
