The Boudoir
Situated towards the rear of the pub, this relaxed and intimate space is the perfect spot for larger groups to catch up
(Around 32 guests) and relax and enjoy lunch, dinner or just some drinks in the secluded cosy atmosphere of our lovely Boudoir area.
We cater for all sorts of events including private parties, work do's, wedding receptions, life celebrations and more.

Monday - Thursday Hires: £15/hr
Friday - Saturday Hires: £20/hr
The Boudoir is not available for hire on Sundays, due to our busy Roast service.

The Secret Garden
Soak up the sunshine in the privacy of our cosy secret garden. Accessed via the main pub, this cosy courtyard can seat
up to 44 guests for lunch, dinner or drinks.
Complete with parasols and warm festoon lighting, the secret garden is a lovely spot to sit and catch up with friends and family
and enjoy the sun whilst being sheltered from the sea breeze.
The garden is not a fully covered area, though it does have parasols throughout the year. However, fully weatherproof marquees can be arranged for special occasions at an additional cost. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
Garden Hires - No minimum Spend: £50/hr
Garden Hires - Minimum Spend* of £150: £25/hr
(*If you spend less than £150 on food/drinks you will be required
to make up the difference)
We like our neighbours. As we are a residential area, the garden will be closed at our normal times and the usual noise restrictions apply. The garden is not available to hire on Bank Holiday weekends.
